How It Works

We are excited to meet with you and tour the estate to conduct a preliminary analysis of its contents. This initial assessment will help us determine the best course of action for a successful estate sale. Our goal is to create an inviting atmosphere that maximizes interest and value for your items.

Following our visit, we will draft a contract outlining the costs associated with conducting an indoor sale, operating on a percentage basis to ensure there are no upfront costs for you. Once the contract is reviewed and signed, we will need access to the estate to begin processing and staging your items.

Our team will meticulously clean and arrange the home, displaying your belongings in an attractive, organized manner akin to a retail store. Additionally, we will photograph the entire estate and post the images on our website, internet publications and classified ads. We will also send notifications to our subscribers, customers, and email list.

Our typical estate sale lasts 2-4 days, depending on the size of your estate. Sales are held on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. After the estate sale, we will take care of any unsold and/or unwanted items for donations.

We can also arrange for low cost trash hauling, leaving the home empty with broom swept floors.

Estate Sale Services

Overwhelmed? The thought of clearing out a home can be overwhelming, but don't worry, we're here to help.

We Handle Everything We professionally stage the home to ensure the best presentation of the items, price them, contact local collectors to ensure you get the most during your estate sale, advertise and promote the estate sale well in advance, and take care of any local and state permits required.

Pricing We do extensive research to make sure your items are priced according to market value. We also partner with professional evaluators to ensure valuable items are priced for maximum profits.

You Have Full Control! You let us know which items you want to sell and which you do not. We block off any areas of the home which are off limits.

Quick Payments We promptly pay you via cash or check at the conclusion of the estate sale.

Clean Out After the estate sale, you can choose to have us sell or donate any of the remaining items. You can also utilize our home cleanout service which will leave your home "broom clean".
